A Return Material Authorization (RMA) is part of the return process to obtain a refund, replacement or repair within the product warranty period.
If there is any problem with your product or your product needs repair, please send the item to a service center in Korea or one of our authorized service partners.
Bluebird provides repair services for products covered under warranty or service contracts.
Please note that out-of-warranty products will incur a repair fee. For all repairs and RMAs, please follow our RMA procedure.
If you wish to apply for an RMA for your purchase, please
Visit and register for RMA on BGSS (Bluebird Global Service System). After the RMA I is temporarily saved, you will be given an RMA number.
Bluebird Service Center can track your package only if you enter tracking information in BGSS
If your product is subject to a repair fee, you will receive a confirmation quote email from BGSS.
After receiving your payment, we will proceed with the repair.
Repair usually takes about 2~5 working days, then we will
Product quality testing before actual shipment. Once shipped, you will receive a complete repair email from BGSS. And detailed RMA reports and invoices with shipping information and tracking numbers can be found in BGSS.
